The breakfast had a decent variety, a nice touch.
The bed was too hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Lovely location to Exeter airport made it easy to get to key attractions. The rooms where comfortable modern and freshly decorated and complete with lovely views, shower plus thoughtful extras.
Wi-Fi was very poor, quite small room, a little disappointed.

easy access to parks and nearby attractions for weekend strolls
The excellent location made it easy to explore Cranbrook Country Park just under 3 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and the beauty of Poltimore House, only about 2.5 km from the hotel, was a good highlight on my city stroll. Each day began with a delicious breakfast that set me up nicely for my adventures around Exeter and its landmarks.

My room was good n clean, loved the tea makin facilities n the gorgeous shortbread. Staff were super friendly n. The location was perfect for the wedding i was goin to n it was nice to have a key for the outside door. Breakfast chats with the staff were nice too, really enjoyed it.
only thing was that the decor felt a lil dated and the shower could use some more pressure.

Cute atmosphere and great food
The room was a good blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, and I particularly enjoyed the hearty breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. My only wish is for a little more pressure in the shower.

The two-bedroom apartment was unexpectedly spacious and well-furnished, ideal for my business stay. The fully equipped kitchen was beneficial for preparing quick meals, and the shower offered excellent water pressure. Breakfast in the pub was so great, with a variety of fresh options. The staff were particularly accommodating and friendly.
Minor issues with outdated decor.

The cute ambiance complemented by the good atmosphere stood out . The beautiful two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, and the Full English breakfast made each morning special. The staff were very good, offering helpful service and even accommodating my dog with some sausages. It was a bit of a challenge to navigate due to local roadworks.

This place seemed like a home. Arriving after a long drive, the warm welcome made all the difference. My room had a comfy bed and a nice big TV. Loved the clean, traditional decor with modern touches. The shower pressure was great, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They even prepared a packed lunch for me since I missed breakfast. A charming pub ambiance and lovely staff enhanced the experience. Access involved a lot of stairs, which could be an issue for some. The heavy bed in the master room needed repositioning, which improved things significantly. A nightlight for the staircase would be a nice touch. A fantastic stay, but a few adjustments could make it even better.
